Dave is responsible for all culinary operations across the Russell Morin Hospitality Group portfolio. He oversees recipe, menu and concept development at each restaurant, and cultivates lasting relationships with culinary partners. He is passionate about leading a high-performing culinary team that is committed to improving the guest experience. Prior to joining Russell Morin Hospitality Group, Dave served as Chef and Kitchen Manager at RISD Dining, and Executive Chef at Bayberry Beer Hall.
